it’s not uncommon to hear someone reconsidering their careers and going
back to studies. That is what I’ve done and when I started it was like…
why would you do that? Thinking of all the hard work of study and the
financial sacrifices. But I would not be alone to observe that many
people these days are in pursuit of happiness and it would be safe to
state that there is a number of us whose mentality is not about just
having a job to make ends meet but about having a satisfying job that is
challenging, fulfilling, rewarding and one that we are happy to come
to. Statistics have revealed that generation Y’s would have 4-5 career
changes in their lifetime! That’s amazing! I’m only up to my 3rd
industry change from Architecture, IT and now Law (I’d be giving away my
age, luckily I’m still in my twenties.. well late twenties lol) Seems
like I’ll settle in the legal industry though my previous qualifications
is serving me well in venturing in other business industries on the
side but that would be another topic discussion on having at least 5
sources of income….
I never thought I would succombe to creating a blog!? But after visiting
a friend’s blogspot and reading his posts, it seemed like a good medium
to utilise if you wanted to share your thoughts and ideas with others.
I’m
still getting myself familiar with this site and I’m not too sure how
to get it started so I thought I’d ramble on about this topic so my
blogsite doesn’t look too bare! Lol.
Hmm so many thoughts and
topics to discuss, where to start? Though in the back of my mind, I know
that I shouldn’t be investing my time on this as I have two assessments
due next week and I havent quite started one yet! Yikes. Here I go
again getting distracted. I’m starting to think that maybe it wasn’t a
good idea to create this blogspot at this present time…
